"When we arrived on 10/11/2014 I was told that the restaurant was closed for a function that evening although I booked a table for two earlier that morning I was not told so at the time of the booking. I was further told that breakfast was from 08:00 to 10:00 although on the resort web site it states that breakfast is from 07:00 to 10:00, a very important fact since my partner had to have breakfast early as she had a work appointment at 07:30. It took me quite a while to get an early breakfast arranged for the next morning and I was assured that staff would be ready to prepare breakfast for her at 07:00. I even said that we could pre order so that the kitchen could have it ready by 07:10. I was told not to worry and that the staff will be there to have it ready. I arrived at the restaurant @ 07:00 and I discovered that no one seems to know that she was having early breakfast and the chef was already 5 minutes late. Eventually the breakfast arrived @ 07:20, which was way too late and she had to gobble it down but could not even finish it. I was truly not happy with the service. To us service is of utmost importance and I will not compromise on that. The resort needs to get their act in gear. I will never stay there again."

"We had a fabulous time at the resort. Very private and fantastic menu. The stay was excellent. Restaurant was great. The only problem was when we left, I got a feeling of racist from the 'white' manager at that time. Probably because we were of color and not white. We had such an awesome time for it to end like this."

"Situated in the heart of Langebaan, Windtown has a great chilled atmosphere, wonderful breakfast and great rooms the swimming pool / bar courtyard is ideal for, well, how can I put it - chilling around the pool - it's well worth the visit."
