The Olive House is a private retreat for romantics and artists, tucked away at the edge of the village in Prince Albert. The house overlooks a small private vineyard and fruit orchards with the beautiful Swartberg Mountains as a backdrop.
The cottage sleeps two to four guests spacious bedrooms. The back veranda, draped in shady vines, has a braai area and seating for al fresco meals.
The kitchen with its old Dover stove is adequately equipped for preparing light meals. All beds are dressed with white pure cotton linen and have electrical blankets for winter. Furnishings are fresh and simple with some old country pieces, reflecting the spirit of the Karoo.
