We are a 3-star self-catering forest lodge, situated in 36 hectares of forest in the Garden Route, 16 kms from the N2. We are off the beaten track and partially off the grid. The nearest town and shops are 20 min away, so be sure to stock up on groceries, we do however have a licensed bush pub (De Adder Padda) onsite serving drinks and refreshments only with large family pool and kiddies splash pool at the entertainment area.
No mask, No entry. All guests are required to wear a face mask when checking in or at the communal areas. Guests will be sent a link to complete the Covid 19 registration check in document. Guests temperatures will be taken when checking in, any guests temperature recorded outside of the normal range (above 38C) will result in the deferment of the booking and the guest will be required to return home.
Each suite is a combination of tent canvas, wood, and glass. As we are an eco-friendly lodge, we are best suited to nature lovers, those wanting something a little unique, quirky, and adventurous; especially when the winds pick up and the odd thunderstorm hits.
Please be aware that you are going to be in the bush. This is not a manicured environment; it is part of the forest. We wont, dont, cant fumigate the forest so if you are someone who doesnt have phobias about flora or fauna; trees, plants, birds, wild animals, insects, spiders, snakes, butterflies, moths, tame animals Teniqua Treetops is the holiday destination for you.
