We are close to all amenities and a 15 minute walk to Boulders Beach Penguin Colony and 10 km drive to Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, Wine and Ostrich Farm. Baboons to be seen along the way. Rocky Beach Self-catering Studio is budget accommodation. The Studio is a small 21.25 sq meter, very private bedsitter with its own private courtyard of 10.8 sq meters, situated in Dorries Drive, Simons Town. It is within walking distance to Boulders Beach Penguin Colony on the Whale Route in False Bay. The Studio consists of a room with two new single beds pushed together or separated. A kitchenette with microwave, two plate hot cooker, bar fridge, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, iron and all crockery and cutlery. The kitchenette has a counter and two bar stools. En-suite bathroom with shower over bath, basin, toilet and wardrobe. The room has French doors opening out to your own private courtyard with mountain views, garden table and chairs, sun loungers and a portable braai. 100% white percale linen used. Cotton bath and beach towels supplied and changed on a regular basis. Mountain views only, there is no sea view from this studio accommodation. This tiny Studio is ideal for two adults, a great little pad at a fraction of the going rate, due to its size and mountain views only.

Rocky beach self-catering holiday house is a luxury home in Froggy Farm, Simons Town. There are spectacular sea views of False Bay from every room. It is a beautifully appointed home with superior finishes and great attention to detail.

This house is great in summer and winter and sleeps six adults in three bedrooms in the main house and can accommodate eight all together with two adults occupy separate little fully equipped self-catering studio apartment adjacent to the house, with its own pretty courtyard and mountain views.

The main bedroom has a king sized bed as well as a single day bed. The room has its own dressing room and bathroom en-suite, with a stone bath, separate shower, toilet, bidet and stone hand-basin.

The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two single beds which make up as a king-sized bed. These rooms share a bathroom which includes a shower, a toilet and bidet as well as a stone hand-basin.

French and sliding doors lead out to sea view patio from the first bedroom, the second bedroom, the study and the lounge.

There is comfortable living throughout with the entire front of the house having a patio overlooking the sea. The patio is fully equipped with braai facilities, table and chairs, as well as an umbrella for el fresco out door dinning. This is perfect as it is completely sheltered from the South Easter winds.

Steps lead down from the patio to the garden with a large a swimming pool, luxurious sun loungers and another braai facility for entertaining.

The House and Kitchen are fully equipped with modern cons, such as a large flat screen TV with DStv, superior stereo sound. There is also excellent Wi-Fi throughout and is fully alarmed with 24/7 response, plus any emergency response. Please note a minimum stay of seven nights is applicable when making a booking for the House.

Linen is 100 percent white cotton and bath as well as beach towels are supplied, being changed once week by our free house services

We supply off street parking in a safe area and its only a five minute walk to safe swimming beaches and a 15 minute walk to the Boulders Penguin Colony, where you can swim among the penguins.

Simons town waterfront is 3 km away where shark cave diving, boat trips, kayaking, bird watching and a trip to seal island is available.

It is a 15 minute drive to Cape Point nature reserve where you may see baboons along the way.

Wake up in the morning to a beautiful sunrise and the sound of whales blowing during season. This is a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
