As you embark on the scenic R27 West Coast Road, you'll be transported to a place of unrivaled beauty and tranquility. Here, the Oystercatcher Lodge awaits, an enchanting villa perched right on the pristine sands of the beach.

Every guest room at our exquisite lodge boasts an en-suite bathroom and offers breathtaking views of the majestic Atlantic Ocean, which you can admire right from the comfort of your own bed. Prepare to immerse yourself in an extraordinary setting, where the natural wonders of the West Coast are presented to you in unparalleled elegance and style.

Indulge in a sumptuous breakfast served either in our elegant dining room or al fresco, overlooking the dramatic rocks and the cobalt sea during the summer months. Take this opportunity to unwind, savoring the blissful serenity and captivating beauty that the West Coast offers, all in the lap of luxury.

Relax and rejuvenate by spending quiet hours reading by the sparkling pool or lounging in our comfortable lounge area, where Satellite TV and a cappuccino/espresso machine are always at your disposal. As the weather turns chilly, gather around the cozy fire while indulging in a glass of sherry or glhwein, or perhaps savor one of the exquisite wines sourced from the region.

The lodge enjoys a privileged location, providing a front-row seat to observe the awe-inspiring Southern Right whales that frolic and give birth along these shores throughout most of the year, often accompanied by playful dusky dolphins. For those looking to add a touch of adventure to their stay, a nine-hole golf course is just a leisurely stroll away from the lodge, beckoning guests to tee off amidst breathtaking surroundings.

At Oystercatcher Lodge, we cater to every guest's needs and desires. I go on many mini vacations and choosing Oyster Catcher was definitely the best decision I could have made. I am so grateful and happy with the service and quality in which the apartments are kept."

"Sue & Luc have a lot to be proud of. Location is stunning, facilities brilliant and service top notch. Sue even contacted us weeks prior to arrival to ask if she can book our dinners out as Paternoster/St Helena Bay restaurants book out weeks in advance. Great start to our Honeymoon with a bottle of bubbly in our room to welcome us!"
