"The bed was too hard and noisy in room no1.The stuff was very welcoming and warm.Rose made us feel at home and she makes great breakfast.I was under the mpression that you have a massage spa which was not there.I also thought the boat cruise was part of the package, which was not."

"Baie dankie aan die baie bekwame personeel Hermien en Frans. Van ons aankoms tot vertrek is ons deur hul op d hande gedra. Die spesiale blomme en kerse bad, die groen vye en fillet aandete was iets om te onthou. Hierdie spesiale moeite met ons huweliksherdenking sal ons altyd koester ....Baie dankie julle...Ons sien jul beslis gou weer."
"Not 4 star accommodation"

"Staff is friendly. Parking is just a problem, there's not enough. Breakfast is served too early, so if you want to relax and sleep in, you will miss it. Staff were also a bit loud since early in the morning-the rooms aren't soundproof, so you get woken up by any noise. Nice if you just want a place to sleep, not for relaxing."

"Terrible. We booked a self catering unit just to be cramped into a bedroom you can hardly move about. Nice bathroom bigger than bedroom. We were forced to eat from the restaurant ....awful!Service did not exist at all. We definitely would not recommend."

"Lovely rooms and great staff - but awful coffee"

"Very stylish rooms and whole place very lovely in terms of design and interior. Very 'boutique' with jacuzzi baths etc. Room probably a bit too 'white' for us after spending 5 nights in the red dust camps of the kgaladi national park -so we felt a bit bad dirtying the light coloured carpets but I guess they get used to it! Not sure about the full length clear glass window from the bedroom into to the bathroom in our room, as you can see each other on the toilet! Room was apparently meant to be a honeymoon suite and if I were on honeymoon I'm not sure it would add to the romance.... Staff very attentive. But there are little things that slightly let the place down - such as only one wine glass in the room for 2 people, hardly any coffee and tea in the room - not enough for 2 people again - and coffee at breakfast was appalling, weak and cheap tasting. However the manager was great, he took the time to ask for and take constructive feedback - so they will no doubt be perfect soon as they are pretty close now."

"We were well received at this guest house and given a choice of rooms to stay in. The two hosts tried hard to please us. Dinner was well presented but unfortunately our food was cold."
