"The staff, from Reseption right down to the cleaners, are very friendly and kind. The place where we stayed was cozy and reminded me of my childhood days. All the basic kitchenware items are in place. all clean by the pools and entertainment area. We loved to watch the animals, like the reebucks, walk through the lodge.If you are looking for a relaxed, quiet, and simple non-luxury getaway, this is the place for you. The prices are perfect for what you get. There are no towels in the bathroom. So please bring yours along. We had a perfect stay. Thank you so much. You will see us again soon."

"Started the stay with a totally unfriendly and unhelpful receptionist on check in. The unit itself is in a dire state, very difficult to reach with a normal car. On our entrance the unit's floor was full of sand. The couches are filthy dirty, luke warm water in the bathroom, the bath and kitchen sink silicone disgustingly dirty, cutlery tray still had hard old food of a previous occupant and a very old and uncomfortable bed. Basically the unit is totally outdated, minimal maintenance being done and basic to none cleaning done in there. Then not even to talk of all the fine print stuff.... key deposit... no servicing of the unit, no towels, no dishwashing liquid or cloths, no welcoming tea, coffee or any condiments. This place should be sold as backpacker. Not worth all the money we spent on it. I would be ashamed to sell units like this. If I could do zero ratings I would."

"Nice clean cozy family unit. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. We would however prefer a garden unit. Maybe some activities for kids over long weekends and school holidays would be nice."

"In die tyd wat ons daar was, dit was in die skool vakansie , was daar geen aktiwiteite nie. Alles was doodstil op een slag was daar net 4 mense in die onderdak swembad en niemand eers in die buite swembad nie. Die lug reeling het nie gewerk en toe moes ons hoor dit is al 18 maande nie in werking nie."

"We were confronted by a bunch of racist kids when we complained to management nothing was done. The breakage fee was not paid back to me on time I had to do numerous follow ups regarding that! The indoor heated pool is not so heated and the place is not clean I could suggest renovations to be done."
