"We arrived and were blown away by the Drakensberg mountain views in the distance. The lodge is far more stunning than the pics and the staff was so friendly and skilled at their jobs. Giraffes are as common in this reserve as Impala are in others! Seeing Wild Dogs with their 11 puppies was a definite highlight. Thanks again for a beautiful stay."

"A beautiful place to stay with a stunning view. The rooms are lovely decorated with great attention to detail. There is a fan in the room but for those hot humid summer days you do miss airconditioning. The staff were very friendly and hospitabel and the food was good. A downside are the trains that hoot everytime they are near the crossing nearby the accommodation."
