KammaFrans offers a beautiful picturesque setting with natural country gardens amongst majestic century old trees with magnificent views. Every room has exquisite decor and an own individual character.
Our accommodation itself has old world charm and consists of 16 en-suite rooms with private gardens spots, ideal for a relaxed provincial brunch after a night of celebration. The complete house can also be booked by a family/group for a reunion weekend.
The house has an open-plan central living room and lounge with a fully equipped kitchen with self-catering facilities. Casual braai's can be enjoyed overlooking the natural koppie while watching the sunset. Braai packs can be arranged beforehand.
If you just want to break away for a weekend of leisure come and enjoy a bit of french romance in one of the dreamy rooms. We can also arrange a spa treatment to suit your need. Please enquire about our one or two day package deals available.
We also welcome our corporate guests who want to enjoy a safe, private and peaceful setting well equipped with all the modern conveniences any business person would appreciate. Ample secure parking is available, as well as parking for horse boxes and trailers.
We are in close proximity of more than 15 Conference centres, Office parks and Wedding venues. A shuttle service can also be booked through us.

We celebrated our 20th anniversary by long walks up the hillside & around the equestrian area, long chats by the fireside, leisurely breakfasts on our patio & exploring the venue where artistry & attention to detail makes every room a masterpiece & every view photogenic. Wemadefull use of the ommon kitchen & dini g room & theWoolies down the street so we didn't even have to eat out. We want to tell all our friends about this quaint & homey place!"

"The atmosphere of the room and the garden was lovely and tranquil. perhaps we were lucky in that were no other rooms occupied in our section of the garden. the bed was comfortable and the linen was perfect. Privacy was not great, as staff take the path past your picture windows to the dining room, which is a pity as it is lovely to have a cup of tea in bed whilst admiring the view and listening to the birds. I'd have enjoyed another couple of tea bags so I could have more than one cup of tea. Quality of what was provided on the tea tray was excellent. what a lovely place to stay! it's unique and good value."

"We waited 15 min to get in at the gate with no answer on telecom or cellphone. Overall poor attention to detail - there were no extra blankets, only 2 cups (for 3 people), no plug for the basin and the water was not hot in the shower. We could also hear every word of the people in the room next door. The room was satisfactory but not luxurious as advertised. We were supposed to have a room with 2 single beds and a queen bed, but were changed to a room for only 3 people without being asked - despite paying for the room that sleeps 4. The pictures online of the room that we booked and what the actual room looked like were very different."
