The Floreat provides the perfect setting for those special times. With 66 elegant rooms of which two are honeymoon suites, one an executive room, seven family rooms and a further six are self-catering units. Our bedrooms are appointed with all the amenities you would expect; including full en-suite facilities. There is also a telephone and a television with SABC 1, 2, 3 and E-TV, M-Net and three different M-Net movie channels, kiddies movies and four super sport channels. We also provide free Wi-Fi when checking in; please ask our reception for the code.Unwind in the plush, comfortable lounge bar alongside a blazing log fire. Our restaurant offers local and international cuisine. For the sport fanatics, enjoy a game of pool or watch the big screen in Tommy's family bar alongside the river.We specialize in conferences, meetings, team building and weddings. Specialized packages are set up for conferencing, but we also create unique tailored packages for conferencing and wedding packages for your special day. Group bookings are welcome. "The room in general was not clean, kitchen curtains torn, front door and bedroom curtains don't close properly!! Utensil's in terrible state, knife that can't cut and handle broken. 1 comfortable chair in whole apartment and cater for 4???? Key broke off in the entrance door lock early Saturday morning. Left key for whole of Saturday morning to replace lock and clean the apartment. Arrived back just after 13:00 and lock not replaced or cleaned the room. I was informed that this was not the first time that keys break off in this lock of Apartment SC4. 15:30 they requested to replace the lock and to clean the room of which was unacceptable as we were relaxing and now need to put up with cleaning and maintenance work!! I told them that they can do all of this when we leave the next morning. For what we paid for two nights is ridiculous and expected more and better service. We all try and get away to relax,enjoy scenery and peace."

"We were very disappointed after arriving to our room as it was nothing like the pictures you find on the website (s). I felt ripped off for the price I paid.The breakfast was excellent and partially made up for the poor room experience."

"I booked the executive suit, but the first night of my reservation was taken by other people. They said it was a mistake by a new staff member. My wife and my mother with my baby had to stay in family suit. A room with 6 beds, with bad infrastructure. It was terrible night.The other two night turned out to be nice but when I checked out, the staff said I did not pay anything."

"We checked in on the 22.11 and we were welcomed with warm hands. The staff was excellent. The rooms were immaculate and had everything we needed. Breakfast was scrumptious and filling. We enjoyed our time in the pool. Due to our hectic schedule we did not have time to enjoy the Spa. We are definitely coming back. Thank you to everyone at Floreat who made our stay there memorable and warm."
