Fields of Gold Farm is a newly established olive and lavender farm situated in the Paarl/Franschhoek valley surrounded by world-famous wine and golf courses. We are conveniently situated 10 km from both of the historic towns of Paarl and Franschhoek, 1 km from Pearl Valley /Val de Vie Golf and Polo estate and 7km from Boschenmeer golf course.
Restaurants, farm stalls and weekend markets are all a few kilometers from the farm.
Simunye Cottage offers an affordable and comfortable home away from home experience and has everything you need for your weekend getaway. The cottage has one large bedroom , an open plan living/kitchen area opening onto a wrap-around stoep, overlooking a magnificent rock pool and stunning views of the Simonsberg and Groot Drakenstein mountains.
The air-conditioned bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed. The en-suite bathroom has double basins and double showers and one can enjoy spectacular views of the Mountains whilst lazing in a bubble bath.
Bath towels are provided.

"We had a pleasant stay. Well equipped cottage with beautiful scenery. My biggest complaint would be the road noise coming from passing traffic. I am sure this will not bother most people, but I am very sensitive to this. Very kind reception."
