"Our stay at the Darling Lodge was a very pleasant experience! We really enjoyed Stephan's quiet, not intrusive but warm and friendly approach. There is an honesty bar as well as a decanter of port as a welcome drink or late at night. The breakfast was done to perfection. Our host also recommended and booked a restaurant for the evening in town and is knowledgeable about the surrounding areas."
