"On arrival k 3rd Dec 2021 the acco.modarion is sub standard. 3 single beds in a small room with a small bathroom. A.min bar fridge and nothing else. We booked on the site a full self catering unit for 3 adults and our pet. The price paid does not justify this unacceptable accommodation.The keys were returned a d accommodation NOT taken due to sub standard accommodation We demand full return of our payme t as we had to seek alternative accommodation"
