"We had a wonderful time and will certainly be back. Just one thing to point out, the tea bags in tent 27 tasted of chemicals which we think came from the very pretty silver bowl they were stored in which smelt of polish , everything else was exceptionally good and most enjoyable thank you."

"1. The food was distinctly mediocre;2. The camp should have deferred our game drive until the evening: with the heat, the guide KNEW that we would see hardly any game;3. I think the elephant experience and game drive were over- priced"

"We stayed at Buffeldrift during our honeymoon and it was perfect. To sleep in the beautiful tents and hear the hippos by night is amazing. We've done horse riding and elephant feeding and both was a wonderful experience. We would have done the elephant riding, but we've been to late with our booking. After all we've enjoined every minute atBuffelsdrift."

"We loved Buffelsdrift. From the warm welcome, friendly service and stunning setting, this was a great stay. Our waterfront tented unit was stunning, spacious and luxurious. Huge bed, open-air shower, enormous bath and our own deck.Dinner was excellent and reasonably priced. We booked a bush safari and Enslin our guide was excellent, we had good sightings of most animals, and his knowledge of the local plants, and birds made this a great excursion. "We loved Buffelsdrift. From the warm welcome, friendly service and stunning setting, this was a great stay. Our waterfront tented unit was stunning, spacious and luxurious. Huge bed, open-air shower, enormous bath and our own deck. Dinner was excellent and reasonably priced. We booked a bush safari and Enslin our guide was excellent, we had good sightings of most animals, and his knowledge of the local plants, and birds made this a great excursion. The elephant feeding experience is a must for everyone visiting Buffelsdrift. The 3 teenage elephants love interacting with guests and children will love it.
Unfortunately we only spent 1 night and would suggest a minimum of 2 nights to take advantage of all they offer. We have wonderful pictures to treasure and hope to one day return for a longer stay."
